Reporting Off-Campus Incidents

Off-Campus Incidents may be reported to the Title IX Coordinator or a student may seek Confidential Information and/or counseling through the Wellness Center.

Any incidents or allegations involving a clinical or other placement by the college with any outside agency, group, practice, company, or corporation, should be reported directly and immediately to the clinical faculty member who will notify the Department Chair.
