Part I includes HITC 100 Introduction to Medical Office Procedures which introduces the student to an electronic record system which is used in most medical practices to record the revenue cycle from patient registration to insurance claim appeals, if necessary. Credits earned in this program are directly applicable to the Health Information Management AAS degree program.
