The Journalism and Media Studies Microcredential is intended to provide students with foundational
knowledge and skills that could enable transfer into a four-year program and/or lead to a career in journalism, mass media, broadcasting, or public relations.
This microcredential is stackable into the Liberal Arts and Science: Humanities and Social Science A.A. program and, within that, the Communication (Media) and Communication (Non-Media) tracks.
