MCTS 235 Applied Fluid Power

This course covers hydraulics, pneumatics, electropnuematics and vacuum. An overview of each topic is given, including system components, operation, maintenance and safety.Practical exercises for setup, commissioning, troubleshooting and fault finding will providestudents with a fundamental understanding of the operation of these critical systems within an automation system.
Pre-requisite(s): MCTS 100 Introduction to Mechatronics and MCTS 110 Technicians Software Tools
