SPAN 202 Advanced Spanish Conversation and Composition

Designed for students who have an intermediate to advanced knowledge of Spanish, this course aims at refining students’ conversational and writing skills. Classroom discussions, conducted in Spanish, are supplemented by readings, films and podcasts. Students will engage in debates and role-playing in Spanish. Students will write essays and give presentations in Spanish. Classroom instruction is supplemented with exercises in the language laboratory.
Pre-requisite(s): Course designed for students who have completed SPAN 201 Spanish Language and Culture IV  or who have obtained permission from the department chairperson.
Lab fee will be required.
