BIOL 128 Sports NutritionThis introductory, non-laboratory course, designed for students with an interest in health and nutrition provides current information on nutrition as it relates to sports and other physical activity. The course will use a cross-disciplinary approach integrating principles of biochemistry, anatomy, nutrition and exercise physiology.
