ECCE 201 Ethics and Leadership in Early Care & EducationThis course will introduce the student to the theories, models and styles of leadership in early childhood programs. Students will explore the role of the early childhood administrator and develop their skills in communication, conflict resolution, decision making, and in providing professional development for teachers. This course also reviews ethical principles as they relate to children, families, colleagues, the community and society.
