HONR 250 Introduction to Social Science InquiryThis course is designed to introduce the student to the general theoretical and methodological framework of the behavioral and social sciences via an integrated approach which utilizes applied research projects. The point of departure for the projects will be current social issues from a behavioral and social science perspective. The purpose of the research projects is to provide students experience doing practical applied research and investigating a current societal issue from multiple perspectives. Open only to students in one of the honors tracks or by permission of department chair. Pre-requisite(s): HONR 190 Honors Seminar I .
