PADM 220 Courts, Justice and Public AdministrationThis study of courts, justice and public administration will present an overview of the policies and practices used by the judicial branch of American government to assure fair and legal public administration in all branches of government and provide an introduction to the methods used by court systems to administer neutral, independent and accountable justice. Pre-requisite(s): PADM 100 Introduction to Public Administration or POLS 105 American National Government or POLS 110 State and Local Government .
