LABR 190 Collective BargainingStudents will be introduced to the study of the public policy background and development of collective bargaining in both the private and public sector. The course will guide the students through the bargaining process from the gathering and formulation of proposals, to the reaching of the contract agreement, and then, beyond that point, to the administration of the contract.
