PSYC 240 Cognitive PsychologyThis course is a study of how humans perceive, attend to, recognize, learn and remember information. Applied topics that will be covered include eyewitness testimony, memory failures, language, consciousness and creativity. Emphasis will be placed on empirical research findings that provide a theoretical understanding of mental processes. Pre-requisite(s): PSYC 100 General Psychology .
