WELD 103 Introduction to Welding Lab I

This course will introduce students to welding theory and practice. Safety particular to the welding shop will be covered. OxyFuel welding and cutting theory, safety and best practices will be covered. Students will gain hands-on experience in the use of hand tools.  Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) will be covered.
