BADM 280 International and Intercultural BusinessThis course is designed as an intensive cross-cultural immersion in the field of international business. Students will have the opportunity to travel abroad to project centers to be determined and explore contemporary business issues as well as participate in a cultural experience in the country and/or region through project work. Through these projects and online work, students will learn about organizational and management issues in an international business marketplace. Projects will be developed on an ongoing basis and will be in the areas of international business, international sport management and international technology applications in business. NOTE: This course will run the length of a full semester but will begin and end later than traditionally scheduled classes in the spring. The exact start/end dates will be determined on a semester-by-semester basis. Extraneous costs related to travel will be the responsibility of the student and are subject to possible change as project centers are determined.
