CISS 215 Project ManagementProject management is defined as the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements. This course will cover project management knowledge areas (PMBOK) and the associated skills, tools and techniques required to complete project activities. The emphasis will be the application of concepts using real world examples and simulations. Pre-requisite(s): CISS 101 Business Computing Application and Analytics Development or CMPT 101 Computer Concepts and Applications I with a grade of “C” or better or permission of department chair.
