PHED 149 Circuit FitnessThis course will provide the student with a variety of fitness exercises designed to strengthen muscles and improve cardiovascular fitness. Each station will be comprised of an exercise that will be done for a specific period of time. Students will move from one exercise to the next until the circuit is complete. Since this course is strenuous, it is intended for individuals who are currently involved in some form of fitness training (e.g. weight training, step aerobics, running, jogging, etc.).
