The automotive industry continues to encompass new and emerging technologies, and there is a recognized need to better prepare the automotive workforce for the growing wave of electric and autonomous vehicles entering the market. This degree program will walk students through all the related technologies associated with electric and autonomous vehicles, as well as advanced driver assistance systems and vehicle cyber-security.
Entering students must possess a valid New York State driver’s license and a professional tool set as prescribed by the Applied Technologies Department. In addition, students must wear uniforms, purchase required manuals and adhere to the attendance policy of the department. Attendance is mandatory.
