The Self-Care and Well-Being microcredential aims to explore and encourage the importance of health literacy to promote positive health outcomes, such as fostering resilience , preventing illness and achieving a more balanced, meaningful and wellness-oriented lifestyle. Focusing on your overall sense of well-being and initiating self-care is not a luxury, rather it is an imperative priority.
This microcredential is stackable and can lead to completed credits in three degree programs;
